Remote Computing

There are two main ways to remotely access software within the college:

1. LabConnect -which helps you establish a remote desktop session to computers within the College of Engineering

Please note that LabConnect systems managed by MFGEN are few and are really for the benefit of those with extenuating circumstances (like health issues and family emergencies) who would otherwise be unable to use the on-campus MFGEN labs. If you feel like you are in this category of users, please contact me for more information on Lab Connect use

2. Cloud Apps -which is a Citrix based cloud application system giving access to many applications right through your broswer.

Please note that the univeristy CloudApps does not offer many of the specialized software used by the College of Engineering
